棉/涤混纺四面弹印花面料的生产工艺

为丰富棉/涤面料的多样性,文章对棉/涤混纺四面弹印花面料的生产工艺进行优化,最终确定了各道工序的生产工艺条件,不仅缩短了工艺流程,还保证了经向弹性。在该条件下生产的棉/涤混纺四面弹印花面料成品的尺寸稳定性、弹性性能、强力以及色牢度等各项指标均满足标准要求。

牵张力对大鼠髁突纤维软骨干细胞成软骨分化的影响

目的:观察牵张力对大鼠髁突纤维软骨干细胞(fibrocartilage stem cells,FCSCs)成软骨分化的影响。方法:提取大鼠髁突软骨表层中的FCSCs,通过三系分化诱导验证大鼠髁突FCSCs的多向分化能力,并通过流式细胞术检测其表面标志物的表达情况。然后对大鼠髁突FCSCs施加10%拉伸幅度的牵张力培养48 h后,通过实时定量聚合酶链反应(real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction,RT-qPCR)与蛋白质印迹法检测牵张力对成软骨相关基因表达的影响。此外,建立大鼠下颌前导(mandibular advancement,MA)模型以探究体内牵张力对髁突软骨表层的影响。结果:大鼠髁突FCSCs具有向脂肪、骨、软骨多向分化的能力,其表达间充质标志物CD90与CD29,而不表达髓系标志物CD45与CD11。与对照(Control)组相比,牵张加力(Stretch)组的大鼠髁突FCSCs中SRY相关高迁移率族盒蛋白9(SRY-related high mobility group-box 9,Sox9)、蛋白聚糖4(proteoglycan 4,Prg4)与Ⅰ型胶原(typeⅠcollagen,Col1)的基因表达水平显著上升,而基质金属蛋白酶13(matrix metalloproteinase 13,MMP13)的基因表达水平显著降低。与Control组相比,牵张力可以在体内显著增加大鼠髁突软骨表层的厚度。结论:牵张力可以促进大鼠髁突FCSCs的成软骨分化与髁突软骨表层基质合成。

助挤剂对PTFE拉伸膜微孔结构和性能的影响

通过改变助挤剂种类和含量,采用机械拉伸的方法制备了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)拉伸膜,研究了助挤剂黏度、表面张力以及含量对挤出压力稳定性、拉伸膜的微观结构以及性能的影响。结果表明:助挤剂的黏度和表面张力越大,挤出压力越大、原纤化越多、拉伸膜的强度越高;助挤剂含量越高,挤出压力越小、原纤化越少、拉伸膜的强度越低,适当调整助挤剂的种类和含量,可以得到具有不同微观结构和性能的PTFE拉伸膜。

From solid to fluid: The possible role of tissue fluidity in mechanical stretch-induced tissue expansion

Tissue expansion is a widely utilized technique in plastic and reconstructive surgery;however,the biological mechanisms underlying the skin response remain poorly understood.We propose that tissue fluidity,the transition of tissue from a solid-like state to a fluid-like state,plays a pivotal role in enabling the reorganization of the epidermal structure and cellular spatial order,which is essential for effective tissue expansion.Drawing parallels between fluidity in materials science and biological systems,we suggest that the fluid-like behavior in the skin may be critical for mechanical adaptability.Understanding the influence of tissue fluidity may open pathways for modulating this process,potentially enhancing tissue expansion efficiency,reducing procedural duration,and improving clinical outcomes.This perspective highlights the importance of investigating the biological dynamics of tissue fluidity and exploring the potential for targeted manipulation of fluidity-related pathways to optimize tissue expansion.Such advancements could profoundly affect regenerative and reconstructive surgical practices.

汽车前地板拉伸起皱破裂分析及解决方案

针对新能源汽车前地板实际生产中出现的拉伸破裂、起皱问题,采用分区的方法探讨了冲压板材的变形规律,通过合理选择冲压板材,优化零件几何形状调整冲压工艺参数,运用AutoForm模拟分析的方法解决了拉伸破裂起皱的问题,提出了零件顶部造型侧壁拔模角度相对于冲压方向一般在30°~45°的观点。

推拿结合牵伸技术治疗慢性跖筋膜炎合并功能性腓肠肌挛缩的疗效观察

目的:观察推拿结合牵伸技术治疗慢性跖筋膜炎合并功能性腓肠肌挛缩的临床疗效。方法:采用随机化区组方法将70例慢性跖筋膜炎合并功能性腓肠肌挛缩患者分为对照组和治疗组各35例。对照组采用冲击波治疗,共治疗3次,间隔时间7天。治疗组则在此基础上联合推拿结合小腿三头肌、跖筋膜牵伸训练,其中牵伸训练每天3次,分早、中、晚3个时间段进行,跖筋膜牵伸及小腿三头肌牵伸每次各进行2遍,每遍连续牵拉10次,组间可适当休息,共牵拉4周;推拿治疗每日治疗1次,每周治疗5天,待足底疼痛症状缓解后每隔2天治疗1次,连续治疗4周,4周后每隔2天进行跖筋膜及小腿三头肌牵伸训练。对两组患者实施随访,对治疗前、治疗后4周、治疗后12周分别采用VAS评分评价疼痛程度,AOFAS-AHS评分对患足功能及测量踝关节背伸角度进行综合评价。结果:治疗后4周、治疗后12周,治疗组VAS评分、AOFAS-AHS评分、踝关节背伸角度改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿结合牵伸技术治疗慢性跖筋膜炎合并功能性腓肠肌挛缩具有良好临床疗效,且效果优于单纯冲击波治疗,简便易操作,值得推广。

考虑轴向大拉伸下弹性模量对聚酯系泊动态响应的影响

Owing to the particularity of a polyester fiber material,the polyester mooring undergoes large axial tensile deformation over long-term use.Large axial tensile deformation significantly impacts the dynamic response of the mooring system.In addition,the degrees of large axial tension caused by different elastic moduli are also different,and the force on the mooring line is also different.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of elastic modulus on the dynamic results of the mooring systems under large axial tension.Conventional numerical software fails to consider the axial tension deformation of the mooring.Based on the theory of slender rods,this paper derives the formula for large axial tension using the method of overall coordinates and overall slope coordinates and provides the calculation programs.Considering a polyester mooring system as an example,the calculation program and numerical software are used to calculate and compare the static and dynamic analyses to verify the reliability of the calculation program.To make the force change of the mooring obvious,the elastic moduli of three different orders of magnitude are compared and analyzed,and the dynamic response results after large axial tension are compared.This study concludes that the change in the elastic modulus of the polyester mooring changes the result of the vertex tension by generating an axial tension.The smaller the elastic modulus,the larger the forced oscillation motion amplitude of the top point of the mooring line,the more obvious the axial tension phenomenon,and the smaller the force on the top of the polyester mooring.

2024T3铝合金蒙皮拉形数值模拟与试验验证

蒙皮是构成飞机气动外形的关键零件,通常采用拉形工艺进行生产。基于通用分析软件ABAQUS,对2024T3铝合金蒙皮拉形进行了数值模拟,研究了板料尺寸、夹钳移动距离、模具上顶高度、摩擦因数对拉形主应变、次应变和厚度的影响,并通过试验进行验证。研究结果表明,当板料尺寸增大、夹钳移动距离减小、模具上顶高度减小、摩擦因数减小时,蒙皮的主应变减小、厚度增大,成形质量较好。

Optical time-stretch(OTS)imaging flow cytometry offers a promising solution for high-throughput and highprecision cell analysis due to its capabilities of high-speed,high-quality,and continuous imaging.Compressed sensing(CS)makes it practically applicable by significantly reducing the data volume while maintaining its highspeed and high-quality imaging properties.To enrich the information of the images acquired with CS-equipped OTS imaging flow cytometry,in this work we propose and experimentally demonstrate Fourier-domaincompressed OTS quantitative phase imaging flow cytometry.It is capable of acquiring intensity and quantitative phase images of cells simultaneously from the compressed data.To evaluate the performance of our method,static microparticles and a corn root cross section are experimentally measured under various compression ratios.Furthermore,to show how our method can be applied in practice,we utilize it in the drug response analysis of breast cancer cells.Experimental results show that our method can acquire high-quality intensity and quantitative phase images of flowing cells at a flowing speed of 1 m/s and a compression ratio of 30%.Combined with machine-learning-based image analysis,it can distinguish drug-treated and drug-untreated cells with an accuracy of over 95%.We believe our method can facilitate cell analysis in both scientific research and clinical settings where both high-throughput and high-content cell analysis is required.

Cross-section distortion and springback characteristics of double-cavity aluminum profile in force controlled stretch-bending

3D elastic-plastic FE model for simulating the force controlled stretch-bending process of double-cavity aluminum profile was established using hybrid explicit−implicit solvent method.Considering the computational accuracy and efficiency,the optimal choices of numerical parameters and algorithms in FE modelling were determined.The formation mechanisms of cross-section distortion and springback were revealed.The effects of pre-stretching,post-stretching,friction,and the addition of internal fillers on forming quality were investigated.The results show that the stress state of profile in stretch-bending is uniaxial with only a circumferential stress.The stress distribution along the length direction of profile is non-uniform and the maximum tensile stress is located at a certain distance away from the center of profile.As aluminum profile is gradually attached to bending die,the distribution characteristic of cross-section distortion along the length direction of profile changes from V-shape to W-shape.After unloading the forming tools,cross-section distortion decreases obviously due to the stress relaxation,with a maximum distortion difference of 13%before and after unloading.As pre-stretching and post-stretching forces increase,cross-section distortion increases gradually,while springback first decreases and then remains unchanged.With increasing friction between bending die and profile,cross-section distortion slightly decreases,while springback increases.Cross-section distortion decreases by 83%with adding PVC fillers into the cavities of profile,while springback increases by 192.2%.
