职业院校基础文化课教师的课程思政发展对于培养社会主义建设者和接班人及培育高端技术技能人才具有重要意义。本文探讨了职业院校基础文化课教师课程思政的发展路径:第一,强化教师课程思政意识与能力;第二,推动以学生为中心的互动式教育;第三,提升教师思政素养;第四,增强课程思政建设的多方协作合力;第五,构建多元化、过程性的考核体系。通过路径实施全面提高职业院校基础文化课教师的教学质量,实现高端技能人才培养的多重目标。The development of ideological and political education for teachers of basic cultural courses in vocational colleges is of great significance for cultivating socialist builders and successors and cultivating high-end technical and skilled talents. This paper explores the development path of ideological and political education for teachers of basic cultural courses in vocational colleges: first, strengthening teachers’ awareness and ability of ideological and political education;second, promoting student-centered interactive education;third, improving teachers’ ideological and political literacy;fourth, enhancing the multi-party collaborative efforts in the construction of ideological and political education;fifth, building a diversified and process-based assessment system.
