This paper explores the development path of ideological and political education for teachers of basic cultural courses in vocational colleges: first, strengthening teachers’ awareness and ability of ideological and political education;second, promoting student-centered interactive education;third, improving teachers’ ideological and political literacy;fourth, enhancing the multi-party collaborative efforts in the construction of ideological and political education;fifth, building a diversified and process-based assessment system.
