本文探索了基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的高职院校党建与课程思政共建共育模式。分析教育理念融合、资源整合、学生个性化需求及教育评价等挑战,提出党建引领思政铸魂、校企联合党建共融、资源共享人才共育的动因及实现形态。旨在强化党建引领,创新课程思政体系,优化师资并加强评估反馈,促进党建与课程思政深度融合,为培养符合时代需求的高技能人才提供新思路、新路径。This paper explores the co-education model of party building and curriculum ideological and political co-education in higher vocational colleges based on the concept of outcome-oriented education (OBE). This paper analyzes the challenges of educational concept integration, resource integration, students' personalized needs and educational evaluation, and puts forward the motivation and realization form of party building leading ideological and political soul, school-enterprise joint party building integration, resource sharing, and talent co-education. It aims to strengthen the leadership of party building, innovate the ideological and political system of the curriculum, optimize teachers and strengthen evaluation feedback, promote the deep integration of party building and curriculum ideology and politics, and provide new ideas and new paths for cultivating high-skilled talents that meet the needs of the times.
