Smart teaching, as a new form of education derived in the technological era, has gradually had a huge impact on the concepts, scenarios, methods, and management of traditional teaching, becoming an undeniable path of teaching innovation. To ensure that the work of cultivating people through ideological and political courses in colleges and universities can “improve quality and efficiency” under the background of smart teaching, it is necessary to directly face the era characteristics and practical needs of educating students through ideological and political courses under the background of smart teaching, and continuously explore specific paths of “improving quality and efficiency” in colleges and universities under the background of smart teaching.
随着社会经济不断转型升级和高等教育普及发展,大学生就业问题日益受到关注。目前高校人才培养的目标及成效与社会对技术人才的需求仍存在较大差距,应用型高校作为我国高等教育改革发展中兴起的新生力量,承担着为社会培育应用型人才的重要职能,然而由于应用型高校的建设之路时间较短,在学生就业能力培育方面仍存在一些传统守旧的育人理念和思维惯性需要扭转。本文通过对应用型高校大学生就业能力培育的现状进行分析,梳理大学生就业能力提升培育的时代需求,进一步探究应用型高校提升大学生专业素养和职业能力的现实路径。With the continuous transformation and upgrading of the social economy and the popularization and development of higher education, the employment problem of college students has received increasing attention. At present, there is still a large gap between the goals and effects of talent cultivation in colleges and universities and the social demand for technical talents. As a new force emerging in the reform and development of higher education in China, applied universities undertake the important function of cultivating application-oriented talents for the society. However, due to the short time of the construction of applied universities, there are still some traditional and conservative educational concepts and thinking inertia in the cultivation of students’ employability that need to be reversed. Through the analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of employability of college students in applied universities, this paper sorts out the contemporary demands for the improvement of the employability of college students, and further explores the realistic paths for applied universities to enhance the professional quality and vocational ability of college students.
