Purification processing has a great effect on carbon nanotubes.On one hand it can remove impurities and increase the surface area of carbon nanotubes.On the other hand it can introduce functional groups such as hydroxyl,carboxyl and carbonyl on the surface of carbon nanotubes.Both improved the adsorption capability of carbon nanotubes.The adsorption processes can be well modeled by isothermic equation Freundlich and equation de Boer-Ziwkker.The results also showed that carbon nanotubes can be regenerated and have great potential applications in environmental protection.
用溴作为掺杂剂,通过多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs,multi-walled nanotubes)吸附溴提高其电导率,用聚苯乙烯(PS,polystyrene)对MWNT进行修饰改性.用透射电镜(TEM,transmission electron microscope)和扫描电镜(FESEM,field emitting scanning electron microscope)等分析研究.表明在多壁碳纳米管上接枝了高分子聚苯乙烯.PS接枝并没有降低加溴多壁碳纳米管的电导率,且在高分子基体中的分散性得到了明显的改善.
