为适应数字化转型背景下对现代化军事人才的需求,提升军校学员的创新实践能力,针对军校学员的创新能力培养中存在的创新平台不足、创新意识贫乏、创新方法不当等问题,提出“增加创新机会、强化创新意识、优化创新方法”的培养模式,阐述该模式的基本实践过程,从校外的计算机竞赛获奖情况等方面进行对比分析,说明培养模式探索实践取得的效果。In order to meet the demand for modern military talents in the context of digital transformation and enhance the innovation and practical abilities of military academy students, a training model of “increasing innovation opportunities, strengthening innovation awareness, and optimizing innovation methods” is proposed to address the problems of insufficient innovation platforms, poor innovation awareness, and improper innovation methods in the cultivation of innovation abilities of military academy students. The basic practical process of this model is explained, and the results of the exploration and practice of the training model are compared and analyzed from the aspects of computer competition awards outside the school.
本文以《大学计算机基础》课程为例,从课程内容、课程资源、教学方法、课程思政、课程评价等方面探讨线上线下混合式课程探索与实践。实践效果表明,线上线下混合式教学模式适应数字化时代教育的需求。In this paper, “University Computer Fundamentals” course was taken as an example. From many aspects, such as course content, course resources, teaching methods, course on the ideological and political dimension and course evaluation, exploration and practice of blended online and offline course were discussed. The practical results indicated that teaching model of Blended Online and Offline can adapt to the needs of education in the digital age.
