To study the efficacy of percusso punctator in treating Neuroleptic-induced acute urinary retention. Methods: 41 patients with Neuroleptic-induced acute urinary retention were treated with percussopunctator twice per day. Results: 41 patients received 4 treatments by mean. 21 patients removed urethral catheter and urinated independently after 3 treatments; 14 patients recovered from acute urinary retention after 4 treatments; 5 patients recovered from urinary retention after 5 treatments; 1 patient did not relieve. Conclusion: Patients with neuroleptic-induced acute urinary retention treated with percusso punctator showed good therapeutic effect, and the treatment was convenient.
