Nutritional components in Viola delavayi Franch. were determined. Seventeen kinds of animo acid were analyzed.The resultsshowed that thereare mineralelements,fiber,protein,fatty,sugar andvitaminsincluding β-carotene in V. delavayi. The amount of total sugar is 43.30%, VB2)) 8.07 μg·g-1, Glu 1.87 mg·g-1 and Potassium 178.21 μg·g-1. These results provided the basic data for the utilization of V. delavayi.
The analysis of nutrients in Aucklandia lappa Decne. showed that there were mineral elements, fiber, proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins including β -carotene, and at least 17 kind of amino acids. In which, the amount of t otal su gar, Glu, V\-\{B2\} and calcium is relatively high. It provided the basic data f or the utilization of the wild plants.
