To study the serum changed of 6 tumor markers in pancreatic cancer patients, apply pacreatic cancer clinical diagnosis. Methods Use the Electrochemiluinescence to determine quantitatively the 6 tumor markers, in eluding alpha-fetoprotein (AFP), careinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carcinoembryonic antigen19-9 (CA19-9),carcinoembryonic antigen125 (CA125), carcinoembryonie antigenl5-3 (CA15-3) and careinoembryonic antigen72-4(CA72-4) in the serum of 42 patients with pancreatic cancer and 45 healthy persons as eonwal, Results AFP (3.71+2.92) ng/ml,CEA(2.3+ 1.6)ng/ml, CA19-9(12.8+11.4)U/ml, CA125(14.92+12.01)U/ml, CA15-3(10.3 +9.1 ) U/ml and CAn-4 (6.5+3.2) U/ml were in healthy person, CA19-9, CEA and CA125 was raised higher in panereatie eaneer patients then healthy persons, CA19-9 Was statistically signifeant (P <0.01).CEA and CA125 wers statistieally signifeant (P<0.05). The positive rate of the allied detection was 95.2%, the speeifieity was 82.2%, and the available was 88.5%. But the same of AFP, CA15-3 andCA125 weren't statistieally singifeant between panereatie eaneer patients and healthy persons(P>0.05).Conelusions The CA19-9 was better sumor markers of panereatie eaneer. The allied detection of CA19-9,CEA and CA125 were better to use elinieal diagnosis, and AFP, CA15-3 and CA72-4 were no better to useelinieal diagnosis.
