爪鲵的人工饲养研究被引量:1

[目的]为对爪鲵进行更深入的实验研究奠定基础,实现濒危动物的保护和繁衍。[方法]对爪鲵的人工饲养进行初步研究。[结果]根据爪鲵的生活习性、栖息环境和恒温箱原理,设计并制作了适合爪鲵生长发育和繁殖的恒低温养殖箱,成功模拟了一个与其野生栖息环境状态相似的生存空间。[结论]在实验室实现了对爪鲵的人工饲养,从而达到保护濒危物种的目的。

Changes of Spontaneous Electrical Activities of Olfactory Bulb in Bufo gargarizans during Postembryonic Development

Objective] The aim of this study was to investigate the electrophysiological characteristics of spontaneous electrical activities of olfactory bulb in Bufo gargarizans during postembryonic development. [Method] Microelectrode technique was used to record extracellular spontaneous electrical activities of olfactory bulb in B. gar-garizans. [Result] Along with the development of olfactory bulb, the discharge types increased gradual y. Single spontaneous firing enhanced gradual y and it reached the maximum in the metamorphosis phase. The intensity of consecutive single sponta-neous firing changed slightly at the middle of post-embryonic development, but it was stil higher than in the early phase and the adult phase. Consecutive burst spontaneous firing frequency went down over time. [Conclusion] Along with the de-velopment of olfactory bulb, the neuronal excitability increases step by step and the neuronal electrical activities diversify gradualy.

丁草胺对蟾蜍心肌的毒性作用被引量:2

目的探讨除草剂丁草胺对蟾蜍心肌的生理毒性。方法将中华大蟾蜍随机分为对照组、稻田组、稻田5倍组和稻田10倍组,染毒剂量分别为稻田施用浓度的1、5、10倍,即5、10、30ml/L,每组40只,分别放入盛有经曝气的自来水和试验用液的实验桶内,溶液的量为浸没1/2蟾蜍体积,分别在染毒后3、6、9d通过HE染色,观察除草剂丁草胺对蟾蜍心房肌和心室肌结构的影响;应用计算机生物信号分析系统记录心电图。结果除草剂丁草胺的染毒浓度影响蟾蜍心肌细胞的结构,随染毒浓度增加,心肌细胞出现不同程度的坏死;随着除草剂丁草胺浓度的增加和染毒时间的递增,心电图发生改变,各波振幅变化较时间变化明显,P-R间期和Q-T间期变化显著,以染毒时间的影响更明显。结论除草剂丁草胺能影响蟾蜍心肌细胞的结构和心电图。

目的:观察除草剂丁草胺对蟾蜍肾脏形态学和组织学的影响,探讨除草剂对蟾蜍的毒害作用.方法:将蟾蜍随机分4组进行染毒,染毒后3 d、6 d和9 d,取出并观察肾脏形态变化,计算肾脏系数,常规石蜡切片,HE染色.结果:除草剂丁草胺的染毒时间和浓度均可影响蟾蜍肾脏的形态和组织结构.随着丁草胺浓度的增加和染毒时间的递增,肾脏膨大,严重时甚至产生萎缩,肾脏组织出现不同程度的间隙扩大和自溶,肾小体增大.结论:除草剂丁草胺能改变蟾蜍肾脏的形态和组织结构,提示使用除草剂应注意环境保护.

本文报道了爪鲵肝脏的形态学和组织学特点。爪鲵肝脏分为左、中、右三叶,右叶大于左叶。左叶位于腹腔中部,与胃相贴;右叶有腹膜与右腹壁相连。肝脏的肝小叶体积小,数量少,一般位于肝脏被膜边缘。中央静脉形状不规则,在其边缘可见血细胞。肝细胞索围绕中央静脉呈不大明显的放射状排列,肝细胞有单核和多核,形状不规则。肝门静脉与中央静脉平行排列,呈狭长的条纹状。肝脏内淋巴结构较丰富。

Histological studies on the telencephalon of Hynobius leechii at the metamorphosis phase and the adult phase

Objective To investigate the telencephalon developmental characteristics of Hynobius leehii, and enrich the research data of comparable neurobiology and nervous system development of amphibian. Methods HE staining and Nissl staining methods were used to study the telencephalon histological structure of Hynobius leechii at both the metamorphosis and the adult phases, and to explore the developmental phases of telencephalon. Results The olfactory bulb could be roughly divided into 6 layers from lateral to medial. The lateral cerebral ventricles at the metamorphosis phase were smaller than those at the adult phase, and there were no clear borderlines between the primordial pallium and the primordial hippocampus, or between the primordial pallium and the primordial piriform area. Moreover, the cells in the primordial piriform area were more closely distributed than those in the primordial hippocampus or the primordial pallium. Compared with those at the adult phase, cells in nucleuses at the metamorphosis phase were larger in number and more closely distributed. Conclusion The telencephalon of Hvnobius leehii at the metamorphosis phase has generally formed the adult structure, however, it is still at a transition state of differentiation to maturity during the development of Hynobius leehii.

成体和亚成体爪鲵端脑组织学初步研究被引量:2

为了探讨爪鲵端脑的发育特点,充实比较神经生物学的研究资料,本文采用常规HE染色法,初步研究了成体和亚成体爪鲵端脑的组织学结构特征。结果表明:爪鲵嗅球内细胞从外到内大致可分为6层结构,亚成体的细胞数量少于成体;成体爪鲵的侧脑室所占空间较大,脉络丛更为丰富,原始大脑皮层和原始海马都比亚成体发达,后者大脑内原始梨状区较为发达;隔区位于原始海马的下方,成体和亚成体都没有外侧隔核和内侧隔核之分,也没有外侧界沟作为原始梨状区和纹状体的分界,而在亚成体的侧脑室壁有内侧界沟区分原始海马和隔区,成体则没有;此外,爪鲵的纹状体属于古纹状体,杏仁核是位于第三脑室两侧的两个细胞团,端脑内细胞形态和大小分化较为单一。这些都表明亚成体爪鲵的端脑已大致具备了成体所具有的结构,并且也说明了爪鲵在两栖纲动物中属于较原始的种类,这在一定程度上填补了有关有尾两栖类神经系统资料以及神经发育资料的空白。

环境温度对爪鲵体温及能量代谢的影响被引量:17

应用封闭式小动物能量代谢仪测定了爪鲵在6℃、10℃、15℃、20℃和25℃环境条件下的体温和能量代谢以及在极端环境中的耐受性,探讨环境温度对爪鲵体温及能量代谢的影响。结果表明:爪鲵体温与环境温度呈正相关,其直线回归方程为:Tb=0.6966+0.9518Ta,相关非常显著。爪鲵对极端环境温度的耐受力较弱,在32℃-35℃高温和-2℃到-6℃低温环境中的致死体温(TbL50)分别为27.7℃±0.9165℃和2.85℃±0.1539℃。在环境温度为6℃-25℃的范围内,爪鲵的能量代谢与环境温度呈指数回归相关,指数方程为MR=0.7495e0.0408x,相关显著。其代谢水平随环境温度的升高而升高,不同于内热源动物的代谢特征,爪鲵的体温调节和能量代谢显示出外热源动物的特点。

环境温度对中华蟾蜍间脑神经元电活动的影响

应用微电极电生理技术记录不同环境温度下中华蟾蜍间脑神经元电活动,观察环境温度对中华蟾蜍间脑神经元电活动的影响,探讨生理性体温调节在中华蟾蜍体温调节中的作用.结果,中华蟾蜍间脑松果体和下丘脑视前区前部神经元的放电频率和放电幅度随环境温度的升高而升高,呈兴奋性变化,相关显著,表明松果体和下丘脑视前区前部神经元对高温环境较敏感,参与了降温过程的体温调节,但下丘脑视前区前部较松果体变化明显;下丘脑视前区后部神经元的放电频率和放电幅度随温度的升高而降低,呈抑制性变化,相关显著,表明下丘脑视前区后部神经元对低温敏感,参与了升温过程的体温调节.

Postembryonic Development of Electrophysiological Characteristic of Primordial Hippocampus in Bufo bufo gargarizans

[Objective] The aim was to probe into developing changes of spontaneous electrical activities of primordial hippocampus in Bufo bufo gargarizans in postembryonic phase. [Method] Microelectrode technique was used to record extracellularly spontaneous electrical activities of neurons in primordial hippocampus of B.bufo gargarizans in postembryonic phase. [Result] Single, consecutive single, burst, consecutive burst and anomalous spontaneous firing were recorded in primordial hippocampus, in which four kinds of spontaneous firings were recorded in forepart of postembryonic development except the anomalous spontaneous firing, and the burst spontaneous firing and consecutive burst spontaneous firing were predominant. The five kinds of spontaneous firings mentioned were recorded in anaphase of postembryonic development and the single and burst spontaneous firing were predominant.Following with the development of primordial hippocampus, the amplitudes of action potential of single firing and consecutive firing enhanced gradually, and it reaches the maximum in the metamorphosis phase; the differences of the frequencies of consecutive single firing and consecutive burst firing were not significant. [Conclusion] Following with the development of primordial hippocampus, the neuronal electrical activities showed diversification, the developmental degree of the primordial hippocampus in the metamorphosis phase was close to the subadult and adult.
