Microwave assisted grinding of ilmenite ore被引量:11

The influence of microwave heating on the grinding of Panzhihua ilmenite ore was investigated. Factors that influence the processing are: the microwave exposure time, power density and sample mass. 40 g sample was microwave heated for 30 s with 1 kW of microwave power and followed by water quenching. SEM analysis indicated that intergranular fractures occurred between ores and gangues other than transgranular fractures after microwave treatment, which would liberate minerals from each other effectively. The subsequently magnetic separation trials provided evidence that the recovery rate increased from 44% for raw ore to 72% by microwave treatment.

采用微波助磨技术处理惠民铁矿的研究被引量:13

采用微波高温箱式加热装置研究微波对惠民铁矿磨细的辅助作用。考察了该矿在微波场下的升温行为及微波加热对矿物孔隙率、内部裂隙及矿物磨细的影响。结果表明,惠民氧化铁矿在微波作用下能够在100s内被加热至600℃以上,并且微波处理后矿物孔隙率提高24.04%,相同磨矿条件下-200目产品的产率提高7.3%~11.3%,SEM微观结构物相分析显示微波处理后矿物产生大量的晶界间裂隙。

微波由于其特殊的能量传递和转换方式,作为一种绿色的加热方式已经被广泛应用于工业生产。概述了微波加热原理和作用参数,从研究手段、处理过程和应用成果等方面评述了近几年来微波选择性加热在辅助磨矿、强化还原以及辅助浸出等冶金过程应用中的最新进展;最后提出了其存在的问题并展望了应用前景。

云南惠民铁矿微波磁化焙烧工艺被引量:11

基于云南惠民铁矿主要为细粒浸染结构、氧化矿的主要铁矿物为褐铁矿,以氧化矿为研究对象,采用微波磁化焙烧-弱磁选工艺分选铁矿石,考查微波焙烧温度、还原剂用量、磁选磁场强度对分选指标的影响。研究结果表明:在焙烧温度为800℃,还原剂用量为12%,还原时间为12 min,磁选磁场强度为119.37 kA/cm的条件下,获得铁精矿品位为59.31%,回收率为81.92%,证实微波磁化焙烧铁矿石的方法可行,为难选铁矿石的分选提供了一种新的思路。

微波热风技术在艾萨炉电收尘中的半工业化研究

针对云南某厂艾萨炉烟气电收尘设备对保温箱温度的技术要求,在前期小实验基础上进行半工业化试验,研究微波功率和初始微波加热体温度对保温箱平衡温度的影响。结果表明增大微波功率和初始微波加热体温度能显著提高保温箱平衡温度,在控制控制微波功率9 k W,微波加热体初始温度760℃的条件下,打开循环风机,风机电压220 V,风量为410 m3/h,经15 min传质换热后,保温箱温度达到258℃,高于云南某厂艾萨炉烟气露点温度,能满足工业应用需求。

Numerical modeling dynamic process of multi-feed microwave heating of industrial solution media被引量:4

The exothermic efficiency of microwave heating an electrolyte/water solution is remarkably high due to the dielectric heating by orientation polarization of water and resistance heating by the Joule process occurred simultaneously compared with pure water.A three-dimensional finite element numerical model of multi-feed microwave heating industrial liquids continuously flowing in a meter-scale circular tube is presented.The temperature field inside the applicator tube in the cavity is solved by COMSOL Multiphysics and professional programming to describe the momentum,energy and Maxwell's equations.The evaluations of the electromagnetic field,the temperature distribution and the velocity field are simulated for the fluids dynamically heated by singleand multi-feed microwave system,respectively.Both the pilot experimental investigations and numerical results of microwave with single-feed heating for fluids with different effective permittivity and flow rates show that the presented numerical modeling makes it possible to analyze dynamic process of multi-feed microwave heating the industrial liquid.The study aids in enhancing the understanding and optimizing of dynamic process in the use of multi-feed microwave heating industrial continuous flow for a variety of material properties and technical parameters.

攀枝花直接还原钛渣的矿物学特征被引量:6

以中国攀枝花直接还原钛渣为研究对象,采用化学分析、X线衍射分析和矿物解离度分析等对其矿物学性质进行研究。研究结果表明:直接还原钛渣中TiO2品位为46.80%,其中的矿物主要为黑钛石,质量分数为50.28%,其次为尖晶石、中长石、钛辉石、橄榄石和自然铁等。直接还原钛渣中各矿物相互之间均存在共生关系,且部分矿物颗粒共生关系复杂。Ti在各矿物中均有分布,其中绝大部分赋存在黑钛石中,分布率达到94.34%。直接还原钛渣在电炉熔分的过程中,镁等元素通过类质同象掺杂进入黑钛石晶体中,使黑钛石携带杂质元素。

Acid-pickling plates and strips speed control system by microwave heating based on self-adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm被引量:7

Double self-adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm-based control strategy was proposed to construct quasi-cascade control system to control the speed of the acid-pickling process of titanium plates and strips. It is very useful in overcoming non-linear dynamic behavior, uncertain and time-varying parameters, un-modeled dynamics, and couples between the automatic turbulence control (ATC) and the automatic acid temperature control (AATC) with varying parameters during the operation process. The quasi-cascade control system of inner and outer loop self-adaptive fuzzy PID controller was built, which could effectively control the pickling speed of plates and strips. The simulated results and real application indicate that the plates and strips acid pickling speed control system has good performances of adaptively tracking the parameter variations and anti-disturbances, which ensures the match of acid pickling temperature and turbulence of flowing with acid pickling speed, improving the surface quality of plates and strips acid pickling, and energy efficiency.

Thermodynamics of leaching roasted jarosite residue from zinc hydrometallurgy in NH_4Cl system被引量:2

The thermal decomposition process ofjarosite residue and the solubility of various oxides presented in the decomposed residue in NH4C1-H20 system were studied. The results of heat decomposition ofjarosite residue show that the insoluble ZnFe2O4 phase in the residue can be decomposed at temperatures ranging from 500 ℃ to 650 ℃ for 1 h. The OLI Systems software was used to study the thermodynamics of the solubility of various metal oxides existing in the decomposed residue in NH4CI-H20 system. The results show that the solubility ofZnO, PbO, CdO, CuO and Ag20 is high, while the solubility of Fe203 is less than 10-4 mol/L in the pH range from 4.0 to 9.0. The calculated data are in accordance with the experimental results.

Mineral phase reconstruction behavior of direct reduction and smelting titanium slag at high temperature and slow cooling

Titanium slag in this study was produced by subjecting titanomagnetite concentrate to direct reductionelectric furnace smelting. Processing mineralogy and mineral phase reconstruction behavior at high temperature and slow cooling treatment were examined by chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energydispersive spectroscopy (EDS). Anosovite solid solution is the main titanium product by the direct reduction and smelting process. Results of slow-cooling experiments show that crystal volume and size increase as cooling rate decreases. Anosovite and gangue mineral crystals develop fully with large crystal volume and size at a cooling rate of 2 K.min-1. Moreover, the growth of anosovite crystal was characterized by crystal nucleation and growth theory. These results provide further insights into the separation of anosovite from gangue by mineral processing.
