制动工况参数对制动盘摩擦温度场分布的影响被引量:47

车用盘式制动器是车辆中的重要零件.在紧急制动过程中,制动压力、整车参数以及轮胎与路面间附着系数之间的关系对制动器摩擦温度场分布有重要的影响.通过有限元仿真,探讨不同制动工况参数对瞬时温度场分布的影响.结果表明:如果忽略制动过程中摩擦热流强度的变化,会给温度场模拟带来较大的偏差.制动初始动能和摩擦力增长过程是影响盘表面温度场的关键因素.

The paper introduced complete sets of automatic equipment and technology used in thin seam coal face, and proposed the comprehensive mechanization and automation of safe and high efficiency mining models based on the thin seam drum shearer. The key technology of short length and high power thin seam drum shearer, and new type roof support with big extension ratio and plate canopy were introduced. The new research achievement on automatic control system of complete sets of equipment for the thin seam coal, which composed of electronic-hydraulic system, compact thin seam roof supports, high effective shearer with intelligent control system, and characterized by automatical follow-up and remote control technology, was described in this paper..

Application of preblasting to high-section top coal caving for steepthick coal sea被引量:3

For mining extra-steep-thick coal seam, the sublevel top coal caving is a high efficient method in practical engineering. However, major challenges associated with mining high-section top-coal-caving (HSTCC) are related to the resulting high ground stresses. Inevitability, using the high-section sublevel top coal caving for extra-steep-thick coal seam, the large scale of mined-out area appears. If the prefracture blasting and hydraulic fracture techniques are utilized, the top coal damage and cracks will develop, and the mining complexity will increase, such as seam inclination, continuity, mechanical characteristics of roof and susceptibility of top coal, etc. First, the field conditions of B1+2 seam were investigated at the +588 level of the Weihuliang Underground Mine of China. Subsequently, according to caving mechanism of strata response obtained from several special models including physical simulation tests and numerical simulation models, the prefracture process including blasting and injecting water were analyzed. Then, the prefracture blasting technique was successfully applied to the caving of 52 m-sublevel seam. Finally, the effects were verified by advanced detecting instruments, and the results show these methods and measurements are feasible and valid.

摩擦磨损热动力学是制动器失效分析和设计的重要理论依据,对选择摩擦副材料也有指导作用.因此从分析摩擦热对制动器摩擦副的影响着手,总结了盘式制动器摩擦磨损热动力学的数学、物理模型,并对制动摩擦表面温度场和应力场的计算方法进行分析比较,评述了盘式制动器摩擦磨损热动力学的研究进展,并对今后主要研究工作进行了展望.

Simulation research of discrete sliding mode control for active power filter

Because of the widely-used nonlinear loads, the problems of harmonics and low power factor in power systems are becoming more and more serious. In view of the above problems, a shunt three-phase active power filter (SAPF) based on discrete sliding mode control to suppress the harmonics was designed and the power factor improved. First, built the mathematical model of SAPF. Then, controlled the switch through analyzing the harmonic current that was controlled signal using discrete sliding mode control. Through simulation using MATLAB, verified the validity of the algorithm. By the simulation waveforms, it can be found that after the load current containing a large number of harmonics passes the active power filter, the waveform of the power current approximately becomes a sine wave and the harmonics is significantly reduced. As a result, it plays a good role in purifying power systems. Moreover, from the waveforms of harmonic current and power current, it can be found that the algorithm has a faster tracking speed. The waveform can fect.

盘式制动器摩擦界面接触压力分布研究被引量:24

在考虑具有可变效应的移动热源影响、制动盘与片的弹性影响以及界面摩擦热流影响等的耦合作用下,建立了一个三维瞬态盘式制动器热-结构耦合模型,利用大型有限元软件ANSYS的非线性多场耦合分析方法,分别数值模拟了不同状态下的制动器摩擦接触界面上的压力场分布情况.发现制动接触压力并非均匀分布,而是与制动盘和片的变形、摩擦力以及摩擦热-结构耦合有关.

Technology of fiber-optic temperature sensing and its application in & temperature measuring of gob area

Based on advantages of technology of distributive fiber-optic temperature sensing and specific to its applications in monitoring mine conflagration, the corresponding Processes such as connection arrangement, signal transmission and monitoring were illustrated. As applied in Sitai Coal Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group Co., this method is effective and accurate and could provide reliable gist for monitoring spontaneous combustion in gob area of mines.
