Synthesis and characterization of biodegradable amphiphilic PEG-grafted poly(DTC-co-CL)被引量:2

A novel biodegradable copolymer, poly(5,5-dibromomethyltrimethylene carbonate-co-ε-caprolactone) (poly(DBTC-co-CL)) with pendant bromine groups, was synthesized via ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of ε-caprolactone (CL) and 5,5- dibromomethyltrimethylene carbonate (DBTC) using stannous octoate (Sn(Oct)2) as catalyst. Then the pendant bromine groups were completely converted into azide form, which permitted "click" reaction with alkyne-terminated polyethylene (A-PEG) by Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions preparing biodegradable amphiphilic poly(DTC-co-CL)-g-PEG graft copolymer. The graft copolymer was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and size-exclusion chromatography (SEC).

PERVAPORATION FOR SEPARATING BENZENE/CYCLOHEXANE MIXTURE BY P(AA-MA) COPOLYMER MEMBRANES

P(AA-MA) copolymers composed of acrylic acid and methyl acrylate with different molecular weights and sequence structures were synthesized by combination of ATRP and selective hydrolysis. These copolymers were used as membrane materials to separate benzene/cyclohexane mixture by pervaporation. The effects of molecular weight and sequence structure of the copolymers on the pervaporation performance were investigated in detail. For the random copolymers, the permeate flux decreased rapidly with the increasing of molecular weight. The separation factor was also influenced by the molecular weight, which was changed from no selectivity to cyclohexane selectivity with increasing the molecular weight. Contrarily, the block copolymer membrane showed good benzene selectivity with separation factor of 4.3 and permeate flux of 157 g/(m2h) to 50 wt% benzene/cyclohexane mixture.

合成了双官能化杯[4]芳烃衍生物,并通过共缩聚的方法制备了主链含杯[4]芳烃的聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯-聚二甲基硅氧烷(PBT-PDMS)共聚酯.利用1H-NMR,FTIR,SEC等手段表征了共聚物的组成及分子量.以此共聚物为膜材料,通过刮膜法制备了可用于渗透汽化的致密无孔分离膜,并用SEM表征了无孔膜的膜厚及截面结构.研究了温度和原始液浓度对渗透汽化的影响.该共聚物渗透气化膜分离水中微量苯的分离因子可达491,通量为58g/(m2h).
