云锦杜鹃枝叶化学成分研究被引量：12: 2013年; 目的研究杜鹃花科植物云锦杜鹃Rhododendron fortunei枝叶的化学成分。方法对云锦杜鹃95%乙醇提取物的醋酸乙酯部位采用硅胶、凝胶Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(1)、槲皮苷(2)、杨梅树皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(3)、反式咖啡酸(4)、顺式咖啡酸(5)、(2R,3S)-6,8-di-C-methyldihydrokaempferol(6)、秦皮素(7)、原儿茶酸(8)、槲皮素(9)、山柰酚(10)、杨梅素(11)、梫木毒素I(12)。结论所有化合物均为首次从云锦杜鹃枝叶中分离得到,其中化合物1～8、10首次从杜鹃花属植物中分离得到,化合物3～7首次从杜鹃花科植物中分离得到。; 曾红钱慧琴梁兆昌杨亚军褚洪标张勇慧姚广民; 关键词：云锦杜鹃
