Design and Implementation of Library Seating Management System

The library seating management system is an important part of the library’s modern services. The system is based on the Spring and Spring Boot framework, and the system realizes a series of functions such as real-time query, reservation, and cancellation of seat resources, providing users with great convenience. With a simple operation, users can know the availability of seats in the library in real time and reserve them according to their needs. At the same time, the system also provides rich management functions, enabling administrators to easily configure and manage seat resources. The addition, deletion, modification and review of users, the generation of seats, the viewing of user usage records, and the addition or deletion of points for users’ usage can also be carried out. This not only improves the management efficiency, but also provides more scientific and accurate data support for the management of the library. The system not only optimizes the user experience, but also promotes the scientific management and efficient utilization of library resources, and provides strong support for the modern services of the library.

目标管理在护士分层管理中的应用效果

目的分析并评价目标管理在护士分层管理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月在江苏省江阴市青阳医院工作的98名护理人员作为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组49名。对照组实施护士分层管理措施,观察组在护士分层管理的基础上实施目标管理。采用自制的护理质量评分量表对比2组护士干预前后的护理质量,主要包括专科护理、技能操作、病区管理、消毒隔离4个维度;采用自制的调查表评价护士干预前后综合素质,根据护理人员综合素质评分改善情况评价护士管理效果。结果干预前,2组护理人员专科护理、技能操作、病区管理、消毒隔离评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组护理人员专科护理、技能操作、病区管理、消毒隔离评分均高于干预前,且观察组护理人员专科护理、技能操作、病区管理、消毒隔离评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,2组护理人员业务能力、管理思路、沟通能力、科教能力综合素质评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组护理人员业务能力、管理思路、沟通能力、科教能力综合素质评分均高于干预前,且观察组护理人员业务能力、管理思路、沟通能力、科教能力综合素质评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理总有效率为91.84%,高于对照组的73.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标管理在护士分层管理中的应用效果显著,能有效改善护理质量,提高护士的综合素质及管理效果,对于以后护理管理研究提供有效参考依据。

本文主要探讨建筑工程管理创新模式的应用和发展。首先,本文阐述了建筑工程管理模式创新的必要性,包括提高资源利用效率、提高管理科学性和提升企业核心竞争力。其次,本文分析了当前建筑工程管理模式存在的问题。在此基础上,从管理理念、管理技术、管理机制和管理文化4个层面,对建筑工程管理模式的创新思路及实践应用进行了分析,并基于上述4个层面的建筑工程管理创新模式未来发展加以展望,为建筑工程管理人员提供一定参考。

AGV Scheduling Optimization of Automated Port Based on Disruption Management

The recent rapid development of China’s foreign trade has led to the significant increase in waterway transportation and automated container ports. Automated terminals can significantly improve the loading and unloading efficiency of container terminals. These terminals can also increase the port’s transportation volume while ensuring the quality of cargo loading and unloading, which has become an inevitable trend in the future development of ports. However, the continuous growth of the port’s transportation volume has increased the horizontal transportation pressure on the automated terminal, and the problems of route conflicts and road locks faced by automated guided vehicles (AGV) have become increasingly prominent. Accordingly, this work takes Xiamen Yuanhai automated container terminal as an example. This work focuses on analyzing the interference problem of path conflict in its horizontal transportation AGV scheduling. Results show that path conflict, the most prominent interference factor, will cause AGV scheduling to be unable to execute the original plan. Consequently, the disruption management was used to establish a disturbance recovery model, and the Dijkstra algorithm for combining with time windows is adopted to plan a conflict-free path. Based on the comparison with the rescheduling method, the research obtains that the deviation of the transportation path and the deviation degree of the transportation path under the disruption management method are much lower than those of the rescheduling method. The transportation path deviation degree of the disruption management method is only 5.56%. Meanwhile, the deviation degree of the transportation path under the rescheduling method is 44.44%.

研究综合目标管理在医院绩效管理中的运用效果

目的分析综合目标管理在医院绩效管理中的运用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月常州市武进中医医院的120名医务人员作为研究对象,按照是否实施综合目标绩效管理分为实施前组(2023年1—6月实施常规管理)、实施后组(2023年7—12月实施综合目标管理),比较两组运用效果。结果实施后组医疗安全、医疗质量等管理效果评分高于实施前组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);实施后组绩效激励效果、考核项目客观性等管理措施满意度评分高于实施前组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);实施后组医务人员组织领导能力、计划能力、责任感、创新发展评分高于实施前组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论综合目标管理的实施,可提高医院绩效指标,提升医疗质量与绩效管理效果,提高医务人员综合素养,提高医护人员对管理的满意度。

中外医院运营管理模式比较分析

目的对中外医院的运营管理模式进行比较分析,以期为我国医院管理的持续改进提供借鉴与参考。方法利用NVivo软件对中国知网、万方、Web of Science、PubMed中截至2022年12月的国内外运营管理模式相关文献进行内容质性比较分析,并进一步构建中外医院运营管理差异模型。结果最终筛选出中文文献33篇,英文文献21篇,作为NVivo质性分析的原始资料。从结构、过程、结果、持续改进这4个维度,对中外医院运营管理模式的比较分析显示,中外医院在运营管理体系、人才、流程、财务、精细化、创新性等方面存在差异。结论医院运营管理需要与业务工作深度融合,完善医院运营管理体系建设,加强运营人才岗位胜任力,关注资源成本效益分析,重视业务、财务双向融合,优化运营管理结构调整,重视新技术应用创新驱动,以推动医院运营管理的科学化、规范化、精细化、信息化水平不断提升。

Complex Regional Pain Syndrome: Outpatient Pain Management in the Chronic Setting: A Case Report

Background: Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), previously known as reflex sympathetic dystrophy and causalgia, is a neuropathic pain condition that usually develops after an injury to an extremity. CRPS can be a debilitating condition with high levels of pain and reduced function. Aim: This case report aims to discuss the multimodal approach in the management of a patient who presented with ongoing poorly controlled pain secondary to CRPS from an injury that happened years prior. Case Presentation: A 45-year-old female was involved in a motor vehicle accident where her right leg was injured. She underwent several surgeries and developed CRPS that significantly reduced her mobility and quality of life. She presented to the pain clinic years after her initial injury and a multimodal regimen was started for her resulting in significantly improved function. Conclusion: CRPS can be a severely debilitating condition. While early diagnosis and management are important, ongoing management in the outpatient chronic pain setting is important in maintaining a good level of function.

Leadership and Top Management Influence on Total Quality Management Implementation in the Ghanaian Construction Industry

This study aims to determine the key and underlying Leadership and Top Management (LTM) factors that have a significant impact on sustaining the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) within the construction industry in Ghana. The research methodology employed in this study was a quantitative technique. Questionnaires were distributed to 641 participants within construction industry in Ghana. Questionnaires retrieved for the analysis were 536. Three steps approached were used for the data analysis. These include Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. After conducting the EFA and CFA, SEM was also used to analyze the construct validity. The SEM analysis helps to determine four key indicator variables for the leadership and top management construct. These include Leadership/Top Management approach to employees’ management, Leadership/Top Management understanding of TQM, Leadership/Top Management empowerment of employees to resolve quality issues, and Leadership/Top Management endorsement of TQM. All the four indicator variables were found to be good of fit and closely associated with the dependent variable. The study adds to the body of knowledge by using EFA, CFA and SEM techniques to establish key leadership and top management factors affecting TQM implementation in Ghana’s construction industry. The findings in general suggested that leadership and top Management factors identified have a direct positive impact on sustaining TQM implementation in the Ghanaian construction industry. Consequently, the leadership and top management factors identified in this study can help improve TQM in the Ghanaian construction industry.

Mapping Climate Services for Disaster Risk Management: A Systematic Review and Research Gaps from a Policy Process Perspective

Climate services (CS) are crucial for mitigating and managing the impacts and risks associated with climate-induced disasters. While evidence over the past decade underscores their effectiveness across various domains, particularly agriculture, to maximize their potential, it is crucial to identify emerging priority areas and existing research gaps for future research agendas. As a contribution to this effort, this paper employs the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) methodology to review the state-of-the-art in the field of climate services for disaster risk management. A comprehensive search across five literature databases combined with a snowball search method using ResearchRabbit was conducted and yielded 242 peer-reviewed articles, book sections, and reports over 2013-2023 after the screening process. The analysis revealed flood, drought, and food insecurity as major climate-related disasters addressed in the reviewed literature. Major climate services addressed included early warning systems, (sub)seasonal forecasts and impact-based warnings. Grounded in the policy processes’ theoretical perspective, the main focus identified and discussed three prevailing policy-oriented priority areas: 1) development of climate services, 2) use-adoption-uptake, and 3) evaluation of climate services. In response to the limitations of the prevalent supply-driven and top-down approach to climate services promotion, co-production emerges as a cross-cutting critical aspect of the identified priority areas. Despite the extensive research in the field, more attention is needed, particularly pronounced in the science-policy interface perspective, which in practice bridges scientific knowledge and policy decisions for effective policy processes. This perspective offers a valuable analytical lens as an entry point for further investigation. 贵州省市县两级医院感染管理质量控制中心现状调查分析被引量:1

目的 了解贵州省市县两级医院感染(院感)管理质量控制(质控)中心建设和运行现状,为推进全省各级院感管理质控中心建设提供对策。方法 2023年9月26日—10月12日,依托感控工作间移动网络平台调查问卷,对全省市县两级院感管理质控中心的组建、人员、信息化水平、管理及质控工作开展情况等进行调查。结果 贵州省9个地级市/自治州均成立了市级院感管理质控中心。市级和县级质控中心工作人员专业背景均以护理为主(分别占比36.4%和58.4%),学历以本科为主(分别占70.5%和83.3%)。各市县级质控中心均未建立区域内院感管理信息化质控平台。县级质控中心多数无专项经费(87.5%),仍有16个(25.0%)县级质控中心未建立工作及管理的相关制度。各中心开展质控工作的形式主要为组织培训、现场检查及指导评价,且多为不定期进行。结论 贵州省已基本形成了省市县三级院感管理质控体系,但院感管理质控网络仍未完全覆盖所有市县,政策、经费支持和人员配备仍有不足。各级卫生行政部门和质控中心需要统一监测标准与质控规范、加强监管、提升质控能力、完善培训体系,以实现全省质控工作的标准化与规范化,提升质控效率。
